JM Financial Ltd allots 39610 Equity Shares

Pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employees' Stock Option Scheme, the Allotment Committee of the Board of JM Financial Ltd, at its meeting held on March 19, 2015 has allotted 39,610 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) each.

Subsequent to the allotment of equity shares as above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs. 78,34,21,050/- representing 78,34,21,050 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each.
