Bal Pharma Ltd company to get Rs. 20 crores from Bennett, Coleman & CO Ltd

Bal Pharma Ltd, in the capacity of promoter of Lifezen Healthcare Pvt. Ltd which is incorporated with proposed objects of carrying on the business of manufacturing, marketing, distributing, selling and trading of pharma products, has entered into an Investment agreement with Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd.

Bennett, Coleman & Co Ltd has envisaged its interest in investing in fully convertible debentures of Lifezen Healthcare Pvt. Ltd to the extent of Rs. 200,000,000/- and the Company is the cosignatory to the said convertible debenture subscription agreement, as the promoter of Lifezen Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.

Shares of BAL PHARMA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.59.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 63.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5507 in over 346 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 63.5 and intraday low of 59.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 335713.
