FDC AGM approves 30% final dividend

FDC Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 16, 2006, have confirmed the interim dividend @ 50% already declared by the Board of Directors and declaration of 30% final dividend for the year ended March 31, 2006.
