Simplex Projects Limited open for subscription, issue closes on July 13, 2007

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Simplex Projects Limited opened for subscription by investors on July 10, 2007 and closes for subscription on July 13, 2007.

The company is issuing 30,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10 each for cash at a price band of Rs.170/- to Rs.185/-

UTI Securities Ltd is the Book Running Lead Manager to the issue. Enam Securities Pvt. Ltd is the Syndicate Member for the IPO.
