HSIL LTD. approves allotment of shares to QIB

The Corporate Affairs Committee of HSIL Ltd at its meeting held on March 16, 2015, approved the issue and allotment of 6,250,000 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2 each to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) at the issue price of Rs. 400 per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs. 2,500,000,000 (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Million Only).
