Bharti Infratel Ltd approves allotment of 1299549 shares

The Committee of Directors of Bharti Infratel Ltd in its meeting held on March 12, 2015 has approved allotment of 1,299,549 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company on exercise of Stock Options under Employees Stock Option Plan 2008 (ESOP Scheme 2008).

Consequent to such allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 18,915,648,970 to Rs. 18,928,644,460.

Shares of BHARTI INFRATEL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.389.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 377.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 499842 in over 4902 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 393 and intraday low of 378. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 190848153.
