Inox Wind Limited files RHP for public issue

Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd had earlier announced in relation to the proposed public Issue of Equity Shares of its subsidiary, Inox Wind Limited ("Issue").

Inox Wind Limited has announced that the Red Herring Prospectus dated March 08, 2015 has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, Himachal Pradesh, at Chandigarh, has been approved on March 08, 2015.

The Issue shall open for subscription to public on March 18, 2015 and shall close on March 20, 2015. The price band has been fixed between Rs. 315 to Rs. 325 per share.

Shares of GUJARAT FLUOROCHEMICALS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.768.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 783.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 358809 in over 6564 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 807 and intraday low of 762. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 277926696.
