Nutraplus Products India Ltd to consider issue of 2875000 warrants

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Nutraplus Products India Ltd will be held on March 12, 2015, to issue and allot upto 28,75,000 Convertible Warrants on preferential basis to the Promoters and non Promoters, with each Warrant convertible into one Equity share of the Company of nominal value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 54/- each which includes a premium of Rs. 44/- per share.

The Board will consider proposal to issue and allot upto 22,61,500 Equity shares on preferential basis to the Non-Promoter Group for cash at a price of Rs. 54/- per equity share including a premium of Rs. 44/- per Equity share.

The Board will also review the status of completion stage of the plants under consideration.

Shares of NUTRAPLUS PRODUCTS (INDIA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.118 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 114.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 18249 in over 228 trades.
