High Ground Enterprise Ltd approves partial conversion of warrants

The Board of Directors of High Ground Enterprise Ltd at its meeting held on March 07, 2015 have approved partial conversion of 8,10,000 warrants (out of 18,27,136 warrants) into Equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 90/- each (face value Rs. 10/- each) to Promoter and Person Acting in Concert (PAC), warrants been allotted on April 22, 2014.

Shares of High Ground Enterprise Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.331.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 343.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 24379 in over 316 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 343.5 and intraday low of 301. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8158731.
