The Committee of the Board of Directors of Tayo Rolls Ltd at their meeting held on March 07, 2015 have allotted 5,00,000 (five lakhs only) 8.50% non-cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only) each to Tata Steel Limited on Preferential basis.
