Axis Bank raises USD 250 million through Reg S only tap of existing 3.25% Senior Unsecured Notes due May 21, 2020

AXIS Bank Ltd has raised USD 250 million under the Euro 3 billion Medium Term Note Programme through its DIFC branch. The pricing finalization took place on March 04, 2015 and the settlement is scheduled on March 11, 2015. The Notes will be consolidated to form a single series with the US$ 500,000,000 3.25 per cent Notes due in May 21, 2020 issued on November 21, 2014. The issuance will take the outstanding issue size to a total of USD 750 million.

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.616.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 612.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1298939 in over 31867 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 622.1 and intraday low of 603.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 797477764.
