Farmax India Ltd approves allotment of 13862878 shares at Rs. 1.32

The Board of Directors of Farmax India Ltd at its meeting held on March 05, 2015, approved the allotment of 1,38,62,878 equity shares to promoters and others on preferential basis at an issue price of Rs. 1.32/- per share.

The Board Meeting has been adjourned to March 06, 2015 at 10:00 A.M to consider the allotment of balance 8,61,37,121 equity shares.

Shares of Farmax India Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.0.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 0.62. The total number of shares traded during the day was 180302 in over 38 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 0.65 and intraday low of 0.61. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 114628.
