Planters Polysacks Ltd approves allotment of 140000 shares

The Board of Directors of Planters Polysacks Ltd at its meeting held on February 21, 2015, has considered and approved the allotment of 1,40,000 shares to the Shareholders whose names appear in the Company shareholder list as February 20, 2015 i.e. record date in place of 14,00,000 equity shares pursuant to reduction of share capital of the Company vide Order passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay on January 09, 2015.
