Firefox brings country's biking talent together at 4th edition of its mountain biking race, FIRESTORM

Firefox, a leading name in the premium bike segment in India, organized the 4th edition of its annual mountain biking race, FIRESTORM on 1st of March, 2015. Ireo, the fully integrated real estate organization with a pan-India footprint, served as the title sponsor for the annual biking event. Kick starting at 7 in the morning, the race witnessed cycling novices and veteran bikers battling the rugged terrain of the Manger forest in Gurgaon, for prizes over Rs. 3 lakhs.

Bike-enthusiasts literally wait for this event to showcase their cycling skills while testing their endurance and mental strength. This year's racing event saw a good turn out and was packed with energy, excitement and enthusiasm of the competing bikers."

FIRESTORM was held amidst dirt paths where participants had to combat broken rocks, thorny Kikar trees and the occasional appearance of Neelgai and foxes. Going head to head in a multi lap format, the professional racers were required to cover a distance of approx. 42 kms and bike-fanatics had to cross a distance of 29 kms to win prizes of more than Rs. 3 Lakhs.

As pioneers of high performance biking in India, Firefox continues to fuel the passion of mountain bikers to discover their skill to thrill with FIRESTORM.
