Universal Office fixes Book Closure for AGM

Universal Office Automation Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 03, 2007 to September 07, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 07, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors regrets their inability to recommend any Dividend.
