South Indian Bank Ltd to raise Rs. 500 crores through issue of Subordinated Tier-II Bonds

The Board of Directors of South Indian Bank Ltd at its meeting held on February 25, 2015 has decided to augment Tier - II capital by issue of Subordinated Tier-II Bonds for a total face value not exceeding Rs. 500 crore including Green Shoe option, if any.

Shares of SOUTH INDIAN BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.27.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 26.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1504056 in over 5300 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 28.3 and intraday low of 27.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 41620499.
