HEG output to decline 15% due to accident

HEG Ltd has announced that one of the Rectiformers in the Graphitisation Shop at the Graphite Division of the Company situated, at Mandideep (Near Bhopal) suffered an accidental damage on September 08, 2006. The management team estimates that it may take around 20 days to put the damaged machinery into operation. The said machinery was insured and was one of multiple rectiformers at the Company’s graphitization shop, so the adverse impact on overall operations would be limited to about 15% decline in output during the month of September 2006 in the Graphite Division.
