Zuari Industries AGM approves Rs.2 dividend

Zuari Industries Ltd has announced that the members at the 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 12, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend of Rs 2.00 per Equity Share for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.

Granted to provide Corporate Guarantee to Ciments Francais for an amount not exceeding Rs 20 crores notwithstanding that such guarantee including investments and loans will be in excess of limits prescribed under section 372A or that such guarantee together with Company's investments, loans and guarantees in all other bodies corporate will exceed the limit prescribed under section 372A of the Act.
