Remi Securities Ltd allots 250000 shares at Rs. 99

At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Remi Securities Ltd held on held on February 18, 2015, 2,50,000 equity shares were allotted on preferential basis at Rs. 99/- per equity share (including Premium of Rs. 89/- per equity share) to M/s. Kuberkamal Industrial Investments Limited, a Promoter group Company-95,000 equity Shares and M/s. Sumangal Shares & Securities private Limited, Non Promoter -1,55,000 equity Shares.
