Binayak Tex Board recommends Rs.2 dividend

Binayak Tex Processors Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 04, 2006, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of Rs 2.00 per share subject to approval from the shareholders.
