K Sera Sera enters in to MoA with Eros Multimedia

K Sera Sera Productions Ltd has announced that the Company has entered in to a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Eros Multimedia Pvt Ltd for assignment of some of its rights for some of its forthcoming projects (Films). Definitive agreement for assignment of the rights shall be entered between the parties at a later date.
