Vimal Oil & Foods AGM approves Rs.1 dividend

Vimal Oil & Foods Ltd has announced that the members at the 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 15, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend at the rate of Rs 1.00 per share on Equity share of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.
