Bank of India Medium Term Note (MTN) to list in Singapore Stock Exchange

With reference to the earlier announcement regarding "Raising of Tier II Capital" dated August 28, 2006, Bank of India has announced that the Bank has launched its Upper Tier II Capital of US $ 240 million under its existing Medium Term Note (MTN) program and the coupon rate is 6.625% p.a.

These bonds will be listed on Singapore Stock Exchange.
