Nectar Lifesciences AGM approves 10% dividend

Nectar Lifesciences Ltd has announced that the members at the 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 15, 2006, inter alia, have confirmed the payment of 10% Interim Dividend of Re 1/- per equity share as declared by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on January 23, 2006.
