The Board of Directors of Jaihind Synthetics Ltd at its meeting held on January 28, 2015, has decided to issue and allot 5,00,00,000 (Five cores only) Warrants to strategic investors at such price as may be arrived at on the relevant date pursuant to the listing guidelines.
