TANFAC Industries Ltd to conisder issue of NCRCPS

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 23, 2015, discussed the proposal of Issue of Non Convertible Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares on Private Placement basis.

The Board advised the Company to work out the modalities and place it before the Board during the next Meeting to be held shortly.

Shares of TANFAC INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.16.68 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 15.64. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13540 in over 198 trades.
