HDFC allots 350590 Equity Shares

On January 23, 2015, Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has allotted 3,50,590 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 314,48,21,910 consisting of 157,24,10,955 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
