Emco declares 30% dividend, to raise US $ 50 Million

Emco Ltd has announced that the members at the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 15, 2006, inter alia, have considered and approved the declaration of dividend @ 30% (Rs 3/- per share) for the financial year 2005-06.

Issue of further capital through Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCB and/or Global Depository Receipts (GDRs) and / or Issue of Shares and permitted securities to Qualified Institutional Buyers etc upto a sum not exceeding US $ 50 million or equivalent amount in Indian or any other currency as the case may be.
