Geodesic Information declares 10% dividend

Geodesic Information Systems Ltd has announced that the members at the 6th (post demerger) Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 15, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of final dividend @10% on equity shares of Rs 2/- each, confirmed payment of interim dividend and noted the payment of preference dividend on 5% cumulative preference shares for the year 2005-06.
