Kalindee Rail files application with Delhi High Court for Scheme of Amalgamation

Kalindee Rail Nirman Engineers Ltd has announced that second motion application has been filed with Hon'ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi on September 12, 2006 for sanction of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Kalindee India Projects & Engineering Services Ltd with the Company.
