Kanishk Steel declares 10% dividend

Kanishk Steel Industries Ltd has announced that the members at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 15, 2006, have declared Final Dividend of 10% for the Year April 01, 2005 to March 31, 2006. This Dividend will be paid to such of those Members whose names is found on the Register of Members as at September 01, 2006.
