Bharat Forge approves 150% dividend

Bharat Forge Ltd has announced that the members at the 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend at the rate of 9.50% i.e. Rs 0.95 per Redeemable Cumulative Non-Convertible Preference Share of Rs 10 each, on pro-rata basis, for the period from April 01, 2005 to July 2005, (ii) A dividend at the rate of 8.25% i.e. Rs 0.825 per Redeemable Cumulative Non-convertible Preference Shares of Rs 10 each, for the period from April 01, 2005 to March 31, 2006.

Declaration of Dividend at the rate of 150% i.e. Rs 3.00 per Equity Share of Rs 2 each, for the period from April 01, 2005 to March 31, 2006.
