IIHMR University invites applications for MBA Pharmaceutical Management

One of the globally recognized and leading healthcare research organizations' of the country, IIHMR University, invites applications for a two year full time course- MBA Pharmaceutical Management. The course is designed to prepare professionals for a challenging career in Pharmaceutical management in public and private sectors.

MBA Pharmaceutical Management is a flagship course of IIHMR University. The program aims at developing trained professionals with requisite skills in planning and operating management techniques; diagnosing and solving management problems and acquiring consultancy skills. The objective of the program is to enlarge the outlook and vision of the program participants about the larger background and context of Pharmaceutical Management in a practical process. The course offers interactive learning through an 8 weeks' internship and dissertation, to sharpen and develop managerial skills, competencies and facilitate informed career choices to students. The IIHMR University has a fully functional placement cell that provides excellent training and placement facilities. Companies visiting the campus for the last few years are Sun Pharmaceuticals Ltd, E valueserve, Ranbaxy Laboratories, Zydus Cadila, Abbott Pharmaceuticals, Claris Lifesciences, Indegene Lifesciences, Accenture and many more. Students completing the program are offered a pay package of Rs. 4 Lakh to Rs. 12 Lakh p.a.

Students with a relevant bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years duration and 50% aggregate marks from recognized university, valid CAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/XAT/GPAT scores, and students awaiting final year results / candidates appearing final year examination of bachelor's degree can apply for this programme. Candidates with two years work experience are also encouraged to apply and are exempted from the above mentioned management aptitude test scores . Eligible candidates will be invited for Group discussion and interview between 9th to 10th April, 2015, 11th to 12th June, 2015 and 9th to 10th July, 2015.

Selection will be made strictly on merit which will be prepared on the basis of the percentage in graduation, score in the mentioned management aptitude tests/ experience, performance in group discussion and Personal Interview.
