Mani Shankar Aiyar condoles death of Dilip Sardesai

The Minister for Yourth Affairs & Sports, Panchayati Raj and DoNER Shri Mani Shankar Aiyar has condoled the death of former cricketer Dilip Sardesai. In a message, Shri Aiyar said:

"I am deeply saddened at the passing away of legendary Cricketer, Shri Dilip Sardesai, in Mumbai yesterday. His death is a great loss to the cricketing world and to the nation. The cricketing fraternity and his fans will fondly remember his exploits on the cricket field which brought him and his country glory.

I pray to the Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and courage to his family to bear this great loss."
