Vascon Engineers Ltd allots 293377 shares under ESOS

The Board of Directors of Vascon Engineers Ltd at its meeting held on December 30, 2014, have discussed and approved the allotment of 2,93,377 (Two lack ninety three thousand three hundred and seventy three only) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each amounting to Rs. 29,33,770 of the Company upon exercise of stock options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013.

These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects and shall be subject to the provisions of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 9,04,75,927 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 90,47,59,270/- (Ninety Crores forty seven lacks fifty nine thousand two hundred and seventy only).

Shares of Vascon Engineers Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.22.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 22.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 269 in over 16 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 23 and intraday low of 22.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 6085.
