The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Idea Cellular Ltd has vide its circular resolution(s) dated November 29, 2014 allotted 336,999 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006).

Post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,597,484,378 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 35,974,843,780/-.
