Oricon Enterprises Ltd to consider allotment of shares on Dec 30, 2014

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Oricon Enterprises Ltd will be held on December 30, 2014, to allot Equity Shares of the Company on account of Conversion of 10% Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares in terms of Scheme of Merger approved by Hon'ble High Court of Judicature, Bombay vide its order dated August 27, 2010.

Pursuant to the Company's code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the code from closure of business hours of December 28, 2014 till the closure of business hours of December 31, 2014.
