Delta Corp Ltd allots 427500 shares

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Delta Corp Ltd at its meeting held on December 26, 2014 has made allotment of 4,27,500 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each under "Delta Corp ESOP - 2009" Scheme.

The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has accordingly increased from 23,02,11,604 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each to 23,06,39,104 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each.
