AXIS Bank Ltd allots 502105 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 5,02,105 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on December 22, 2014, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up shore capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 4,72,53,36,366 (2,36,26,68,183 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 472,63,40,576 (236,31,70,288 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.493.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 493.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 203868 in over 7113 trades.
