HDFC allots 297200 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

On December 23, 2014 Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has allotted 2,97,200 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 314,41,20,730 consisting of 157,20,60,365 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

Shares of HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1124.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1146.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 89468 in over 10862 trades.
