Uniroyal Textile - Hon'ble High Courts sanctions Scheme of Amalgamation

Uniroyal Textile Industries Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh has sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation of Sidhartha Textile Mills Ltd and Uniroyal Pharmaceuticals Ltd with the Company. Consequent upon the amalgamation the transferor Companies shall stand dissolved without resorting to the process of winding up.
