L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd to issue NCDs worth Rs. 400 crores

L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd intends to issue Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs) each, amounting to Rs. 200 Crore with an option to retain over subscription of Rs. 200 Crore (Series "P" of FY 2014-15), on private placement basis.
