WPIL Ltd closes QIP issue

The QIP Committee Meeting of the Board of Directors of WPIL Ltd at its meeting held on December 12, 2014, has declared the closure of the QIP on December 12, 2014.

The Board determined and approved the issue price of Rs. 559.40 per Equity Share, equal to the Floor Price, for the Equity Shares to be allotted to eligible qualified institutional buyers in the QIP.

The Board also approved and adopted the placement document dated December 12, 2014, in connection with the QIP (the "Placement Document").

Shares of WPIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.594.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 601.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10024 in over 584 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 599.8 and intraday low of 580.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5944767.
