Neyveli Lignite declares 14% dividend

Neyveli Lignite Corporation Ltd has announced that the members at the 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 06, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of the 1st Interim Dividend at the rate of 6% and the 2nd Interim Dividend at the rate of @14.00 %, in total aggregating to 20% paid by the Company during the financial year 2005-2006, as the dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.
