Radico Khaitan Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 19, 2007 to September 26, 2007 for the purpose of payment of dividend & 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 26, 2007.
