MM Forgings declares Rs.3 dividend

MM Forgings Ltd has announced that the members at the 60th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 12, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend at the rate of Rs 3/- per share on Equity Shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.
