Omega Ag-Seeds Punjab Ltd approves issue of 20 lakh shares

The Board of Directors of Omega Ag-Seeds Punjab Ltd at its meeting held on December 04, 2014, has considered and approved the issue of up to 20,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each on preferential basis to the promoters and non promoter group, in accordance with Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulation 2009, at a price being not lower than the minimum price calculated in accordance with Regulation 76 of SEBI (ICDR) Regulation 2009 Subject to the approval of Shareholders.

Shares of OMEGA AG-SEEDS (PUNJAB) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.46.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 44.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11843 in over 1103 trades.
