The Board of Directors of Infosys Ltd at its meeting held on December 04, 2014, have completed the allotment of Bonus Shares.

The Board of Directors allotted 57,42,36,166 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each aggregating Rs. 287,11,80,830/- issued by capitalization of general reserve / securities premium and distributed as fully paid-up bonus shares in the ratio of 1 (one) equity share for every 1 (one) equity share held to those shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members / Register of Beneficiaries as on December 03, 2014 (the record date).
