Tilaknagar Industries MOU with Angostura terminated

Tilaknagar Industries Ltd has announced that the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) executed between the Company & Angostura Ltd of Port of Spain, Trinidad, West Indies, on October 12, 2005, has not materialized till date and has been terminated as of September 13, 2006.
