Indiabulls Housing Finance allots 30587 Equity Shares under ESOP

On December 03, 2014, Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited ("the Company"), has issued and allotted 30,587 (Thirty Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty Seven) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each being issued to the eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 71,03,07,756/- divided into 35,51,53,878 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.460.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 468.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 160111 in over 7090 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 474.75 and intraday low of 458.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 74773261.
